My Resort Host provides AI-powered virtual concierge and chat assistant services to RV resorts and similar hospitality properties. These assistants are designed to answer questions about resort amenities, policies, local information, and to assist with general inquiries, including lot rental and lot sale interest.

3. No Professional or Binding Advice

Information provided by the AI assistant is for general informational purposes only. Responses are generated using artificial intelligence and, while we strive for accuracy, the assistant may occasionally provide incomplete, outdated, or incorrect information. The assistant's responses do not constitute legal, financial, real estate, or professional advice, and do not constitute a binding offer, contract, reservation, or guarantee by My Resort Host or any resort property.

For binding reservations, contracts, pricing, or official policy information, please confirm directly with the resort's management or staff.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to: use the Services for any unlawful purpose; attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems; submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information; or use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm any person.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, trademarks, and materials associated with My Resort Host, including the name "My Resort Host" and associated logos, are the property of My Resort Host and may not be used without permission.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Our AI assistant is hosted and operated using third-party AI chat platform providers. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or security practices of these third-party platforms, though we take reasonable steps to select reputable providers.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT INFORMATION PROVIDED WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MY RESORT HOST AND ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless My Resort Host and its owners, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
